It’s not every day that you see a Halloween-themed wedding; but once you attend your first, you will not want to miss another. Erin and Ryan picked the perfect venue to host their dark and gothic wedding - The Caves - located in Edinburgh and is packed with a rich historical background.
Erin and Ryan completely embraced the Halloween aesthetic of this wedding by choosing a rustic venue and having an edgy side of their own. Erin’s badass tattoos, mixed with the rebellious leather jacket she wore during the couple’s post-ceremony photoshoot, built a strong, contrasting foundation to a splendid wedding.
While the wedding theme was on the darker side, the ceremony did not fail to make us all emotional. I could tell that the couple’s family and friends were genuinely happy that these two were finally concluding the perfect wedding they had been devising for months and months.
After we shot some beautiful post-ceremony pictures in the rustic streets of Edinburgh, we headed back into The Caves for an eccentric evening full of laughter, dancing and captivating romance. The energy and life that was present in the couple’s friends and family were unmatched and resulted in the outstanding pictures you will see now.
