Another morning, 2nd coffee today… Yes! I’m ready to tell you another story from the gorgeous 2018.
It was a cold evening when I met Agnieszka for the first time, I sat down in the Starbucks patiently waiting for her to come, looking at the people passing by and sipping my super strong black tea. I need to say I was super excited about meeting her, because it was my first Polish bride in Scotland. When she went in to the cafe - maaaaan what a cool person I thought! We had a chat about literally everything - photography, tea, coffee, life in Scotland, tattoos (which I'm fanatic lover of) and even her two cats. I was super happy when she decided together with her fiance to book me for a full day coverage with additional engagement photo shoot which we snapped in Glen Coe (the post with it you can find HERE) .
The shoot in Glen Coe was unforgettable - it was the first time ever when we had a chance to work together with Patrick. The very first shoot for him as a photographer too.
Making shoots like this one is always bonding. Not only bonding me and Patrick but us as a photographers and Agnieszka and Allan as our models too. After the shoot we had a pleasure to drink some coffee together again and I was even able to cuddle her cats… I can say the friendship started before their wedding day, so when finally the big day came I knew that all the work will be simply a huge pleasure for us - knowing each other and knowing the couples expectations was the key to this story.
SO… Morning 9th of June 2018 after picking up the cake and fitting it in to our still-old-too-small car we hit the road. It was magical, sunny and very very hot day. We were very happy knowing that Agnieszka and Allan are getting married in the garden of Enterkine House (which is under new ownership at the moment and was sold soon after this wedding). The day was beautiful. When we arrived the bride was getting ready, doing her mums and her own make up (how talented is she!) and Allan was chilling with his lads in the lounge. We enjoyed the space villa’s providing - cosy, relaxed, homey and personal - that’s what we like! All day went so smooth as it began, full of emotions and laughter.
Agnieszka and Allan - thank you for letting us experience it all with you.
